These terms and conditions comprise your contract between us, Where You’re From, and you.
A non-returnable deposit of 30% of the total price of the holiday is payable at the time of booking; the full balance of the total price of the holiday paid six weeks before the commencement of the holiday. When the holiday is to commence within six weeks of booking the total price of the holiday shall be paid at the time of booking. Our preferred method of payment is by international bank transfer in pounds sterling or electronically through PayPal which is subject to an additional charge of 4% to cover PayPal fees. We are unable to accept payment by cheque or transfer other than in sterling.
Please check your itinerary carefully before payment of the deposit. Any later changes you request may incur additional administration charges. Due to the nature of travel arrangements it is sometimes necessary to make changes to the tour and therefore the firm reserve the right to change travel arrangements after this contract has been entered into. In the unlikely event that this will be necessary we will do our utmost to minimise any inconvenience to you and to provide an acceptable alternative service.
If you cancel the holiday for whatever reason you will be liable to pay the following cancellation charges: -
Any cancellation must be notified by you in writing.
You should take out your own travel insurance (to cover health, cancellation and delays) prior to travel and we accept no liability for anyone travelling without adequate travel insurance.
Passports & Visas
When travelling in the United Kingdom you require a valid passport and a round trip ticket. For US and Canadian citizens a Visa is not required.
We do not accept any liability for any loss, inconvenience, injury, death, personal injury or damage caused on, during or after the holiday unless it is proved that it is due to the negligence of the firm. Without prejudice to the foregoing generality, the firm cannot be held liable for any failure of the suppliers of accommodation and transport on the holiday to meet your expectations. The firm’s liability in any action (excluding that for personal injury, illness or death) will be limited to twice the total price of the holiday.
These terms and conditions are governed by the Law of England & Wales and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Law of England & Wales and you and the firm submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English & Welsh courts.
